Outbound Prospecting Sequence

Purpose

Draft a 4-email outbound sequence (Day 1 / Day 3 / Day 7 / Day 14) for a B2B SaaS prospect, using a stated pain hypothesis and a single, clear call-to-action per email.

Workflow

  1. Take prospect name, company, role, and pain hypothesis as inputs.
  2. Day 1 — pattern interrupt opener referencing a verifiable fact about the company.
  3. Day 3 — reframe the pain in their words; CTA is a 15-min intro call.
  4. Day 7 — proof point: one customer story, named, with a quantified outcome.
  5. Day 14 — break-up email; CTA is "should I close the loop?".

Output template

Each email is plain text, ≤120 words, signs off with first name only.

Failure modes

  • Do not fabricate customer logos, metrics, or quotes. If the inputs do not contain a proof point, write "INSERT PROOF" as a placeholder.
  • Do not stack multiple CTAs in one email.
  • Do not reference being an AI in the body.
