Monthly Investor Update

Purpose

Draft a monthly investor email in the founder's voice, covering top-line metrics, wins, lowlights, and a clear ask section.

Workflow

1. Collect inputs: month, KPI snapshot, hiring deltas, top 3 wins, top 3 lowlights.
2. Lead with the headline (single line).
3. Sections: Metrics, Wins, Lowlights, Hiring, Asks. Use bullets in each.
4. Keep total length under 600 words.
5. End with one specific ask the investor can act on.

Failure modes

• Do not bury bad news. Lowlights section is mandatory; no positive spin.
• Do not invent unreported metrics — leave TODO placeholders.
• Do not address the email "Dear investors". Use first names per recipient.
